Coupa, the supplier relations tool

Institut Pasteur uses Coupa, an expense and procurement management tool, designed to offer its users and suppliers a flexible and secure exchange platform.

What is Coupa?

In early 2025, the Institut Pasteur is launching Coupa, a new expenditure and supply management software designed to offer its users and suppliers a flexible and secure exchange platform.

This software aims to simplify and optimise the purchasing process for the Institut Pasteur and its suppliers to help make each item of expenditure more efficient, fair and sustainable, and to reduce third-party risk, thereby strengthening its relationship with its partners.

By offering a single, free portal, the Coupa Suppliers Portal (CSP) facilitates exchanges and improves both internal and external operations, enabling closer collaboration with the Institut Pasteur.
