The Antimicrobial Resistance Graduate School aims at developing a training center dedicated to research on antimicrobial resistance. It offers a multidisciplinary research approach addressing the issues from molecular and functional aspects to clinical aspects, also taking into account the social and economic impact. Its teaching programs are built on broad, up-to-date and original approaches that can be used to fight antimicrobial resistance, from prevention to treatment. Focuses include vaccination, detection of pathogens, identification and dissemination, and are supported by leading research expertise.
Masters
The Masters associated with the EUR AntiRes are mainly the specialty Microbiology and Virology of the Master of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology (BMC) but also the Master of bioinformatics (BI) and the specialty Life Sciences of the Master Interdisciplinary Approaches in Research and Education (AIRE).

Research
The Graduate School Paris Antimicrobial Resistance will benefit from the large number of Institutes and laboratories working in the fields of microbiology within the Université de Paris, from the recent creation of a new institute outside the walls, Microb'UP, which federates the multidisciplinary community interested in microbiology and infectious diseases, and from the recent association with Institut Pasteur, which carries the Labex IBEID as well as the convergence institute INCEPTION. The unit Infection, Antimicrobials, Modelling, Evolution (IAME) is also associated with the University of Freiburg in an INSERM Associated European Laboratory (LEA) "Emerging Antibiotic Resistance in Gram-negative Bacteria". This community with diverse skills will allow ambitious collaborative projects and create a strong dynamic for training through research for Master and PhD students.
